The hotel features a private beach access at the Dead Sea and well kept swimming pools. Rooms are spacious and clean and I was upgraded. The hotel gave me complimentary water every day and towels for the beach and pool.

i found this place good. all staffs were cute. each employee was helpful and attentive. i felt right at home. the location is conveniently situated for exploring nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. the room i stayed in was immaculate with relaxing décor, it was a good environment after sightseeing.
the menu explanation at the buffet was unclear. i was told to choose the buffet, when others chose à la carte. i inquired again, and the staff acknowledged the miscommunication. they should offer better staff menu training.

The pools were fantastic! i loved the shallow areas for kids. It made it so easy to relax and the water slide was lit. they also have pools just for adults, and they really keep kids out of those, amazing!
The hotel got a bit noisy late at night. I could hear hallway sounds easily.
